- The internship programme includes an educational and a practical component. The practical component is provided by the internship base - the Dobrobut clinic network. The educational component is implemented by the Department of Maternal and Child Health of the Dobrobut Academy. The programme's guarantor is Serhii Potapenko, PhD, Head of the Department.
- Interns in this specialisation will have the opportunity, among other things:
- Assist a doctor during an outpatient visit, conduct differential diagnostics, make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment
- Learn to perform otoscopy and rhinoscopy in children
- Under the supervision of a supervisor, manage patients in a paediatric hospital, master communication with children of different ages, and learn to establish trusting relationships with parents
