Basic Life Support
This course will be delivered entirely in English. The instructors are Ukrainian, and we warmly welcome participants with any level of English proficiency.
This is a charitable training — 100% of the course fee will be donated to support the Medical Service of the 3rd Army Corps.

The BLS (Basic Life Support) course is essential for anyone who may witness a life-threatening emergency, as quick and effective actions can significantly improve a patient’s chances of survival.
During the course, you will learn how to:

assess an adult patient for safety, responsiveness, and breathing;

correctly activate emergency medical services;

perform high-quality chest compressions;
-
provide ventilation using a bag-valve-mask (BVM);

operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED);
-
place an unconscious, breathing patient in the recovery position;
-
manage choking in adults;
-
apply BLS considerations specific to pregnant patients;
-
provide first aid in drowning.
The Ukrainian Resuscitation Council (URC) is the official provider of ERC courses in Ukraine.

For healthcare and non-healthcare professionals, and anyone working with adults who wants to be prepared to help in an emergency situation.
Duration: 1 day (8 hours)
Training format: simulation scenarios, practical skill stations
Certification: International certificate from the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).
Participation is open to adults and children over 14 years old (with written parental consent).
To successfully complete the course, full attendance is required, as well as passing both theoretical and practical assessments.
